Music across the borders

It is more than a festival, it is a genuine Summer Season Show to which the City of Bourges invites us to make us discover the hidden charms of its medieval and pastoral architecture.

Every year this event is supposed to be perennial as regards its organisation and daring in its programming.

The Cultural Agency of the City of Bourges, organising this event totally, renews all the advantages appreciated by a faithful audience of a thousand people. Every evening they enthusiastically gather in an "incongruous" place around the same passion for music.

So spending a summer in Bourges is always :

• Daily during the three summer months,
• Different and out of the ordinary every evening as the Mongolian musicians in the Jacques Coeur Palace Courtyard,
• Across the borders in its programming, as with the Chilean "Mapuches" Indians in the Bandstand,

• Full of joy, according to the audience's say, as with the solo cellist gliding over the brooks of the Water Gardens
• Unique as the time spent with the Chinese Traditional Music in the Rose Garden.
