Constructed
in 1857 for the children of the neighbourhood, this building became an infants' school
in 1882.
It has been a museum since 1980 and exhibits objects collected from schools in the
Cher Department, together with mannequins and showcases devoted to different themes.
There is also a typical " Jules Ferry " classroom (mid 19th century).
